donna is a personal secretary that runs on your Mac and works across the accounts you connect. She reads your context, your mail, calendar, files, messages, and notes, so she can brief you, find things, and prepare drafts. When there is an action to take, she does it on your say-so: sends the reply, creates the calendar event, edits the doc, books the thing. The idea is someone you hand work to, not one more app to keep checking.

Only the accounts and sources you connect on purpose. Concretely:

• Google (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) · connected with a Google sign-in through Composio, our managed connection provider, which is why Google’s consent screen names Composio. Your password never touches Offload. donna can then read your mail, calendar, and files to brief you and draft, and, only with your approval, send mail, create events, and create or edit files. The exact scopes are listed in the privacy policy.
• Apple iMessage and Apple Notes · read locally on your Mac, from its own databases.
• Other integrations you turn on · for example Canvas · collect only what that specific integration requires.

To do the work, the context donna needs is processed on our servers and sent to our AI providers, which run with zero data retention and never train on your data. Our security page describes this in full.

No. We never use your data to train generalized AI models, and our agreements and routing configuration prevent our AI providers from doing so. We also never sell your data and never use it for advertising.

No. Every outbound action, whether a reply, a post, a purchase, a reservation, or a text on your behalf, is shown to you as a draft with a button. Until you approve it, nothing moves. This is enforced in code, not by instructions to the model.

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your phone, and you can add a device passkey, backed by Touch ID and Apple’s Secure Enclave, so there is no password to phish or steal. You can sign out and revoke sessions at any time.

Offload is one plan: Offload Studio, $49 per month, starting with a 7-day free trial that needs a card on file. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and the card is charged. Payments run through Stripe, and we do not store your full card details.

Past your plan’s allowance, you can opt in to usage credits: pay only for what you actually use, at a fixed rate, under a monthly cap you set. It is off by default, and nothing meters or charges beyond the plan unless you turn it on.

You can cancel anytime from the app or the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access through the end of the current paid period. The full billing terms are in the terms of service.

You can disconnect Google or any other integration at any time inside the app. Doing so revokes our access and deletes the stored tokens for that source. You can also review and revoke Offload’s access to your Google account directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Email support@offload.so and we will delete your account and the data tied to it. You can email the same address to request an export of the data we hold about you.
